I have always had a thing for fresh-baked biscuits, which led me to the idea of bringing something different to my city & I knew I had to do more within the business to help it grow stronger. Therefore over the span of our quarantine, I did a lot of testing with biscuits to find the right technique, the right recipe, and the best flavor profiles to go along with it. So here we are, 1 year into opening up shop ready to bring something new to the LBC. Hope you enjoy :)
